Mr. Hart has a BS degree in Civil Engineering Technologies. He is an associate engineer responsible for commercial, residential and industrial design with steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and wood as structural elements. Mr. Hart has over eight years experience in design and analysis for various commercial, residential, industrial, and government projects. He is responsible for structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber design and analysis, seismic analysis, construction site inspections and field walk downs. His design work experience includes new construction, renovation and addition to existing structures. Mr. Hart is involved with interfacing with architects, general contractors and fabricators. He is experienced with commercial building codes including the International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), as well as other cited design criteria including those published by SBCCI, ASCE, ACI, NCMA, AASHTO, OSHA and AITC. Mr. Hart is also familiar with the permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing developed by HUD and utilized by the FHA and VA. He is a registered Engineer-In-Training in the State of Georgia. Mr. Hart is a licensed IBC Chapter 17 inspector in the state of South Carolina.
Mrs. Moore, has a BS degree in Applied Organizational Management and a AS degree in Chemical Engineering Technology. Her experience spans over 20 years in Quality Assurance/Control, Standards/Procedures Development and personnel training. She has worked with staff and management for government and private sector clients to develop and implement QA/QC procedures and develop time-saving and cost effective standards and procedures. She has developed training programs and trained personnel in support of industrial and environmental engineering projects.
Mr. Smilak, has an AS degree in Applied Science, Architectural/Structural Engineering and Design Technology. He also is certified in AutoCAD-Level I and II. Mr. Smilak has over 30 years experience in design and analysis with several major corporations in Engineering and Plant Design, with special abilities in construction methods and related activities, which include planning, scheduling, walk-downs and inspections. He is proficient in the operation of Windows operating system- specializing in the use of MicroStation and AutoCAD software. Mr. Smilak's design experience is across all engineering disciplines-architectural, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural. His structural engineering experience includes design and analysis for various commercial, industrial, institutional, agricultural and government projects. He is responsible for structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber design and analysis, seismic analysis, technical specifications writing, conceptual design and feasibility study report writing, construction site inspections, and value engineering evaluations. Mr. Smilak is knowledgeable of commercial building codes including IBC, IRC and ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Mr. Smilak is a certified GSWCC Level 1A inspector.
Mr. Moore has a BS degree in Civil Engineering, an MS degree in Structural Engineering and is a multi-state Registered Professional Engineer. His experience spans over 27 years and has included preliminary/schematic (Title I) and final (Title II) analysis and design, construction administration/support (Title III) services and expert witness service for government, industrial, commercial, institutional and residential clients. Mr. Moore is proficient in the static and dynamic analysis of structures subjected to natural phenomena (wind and seismic) loads and has authored a publication entitled Wind Design Loads for Temporary Structures. He is a licensed HUD FHA Structural Inspector and is knowledgeable of all applicable building codes and criteria including the IBC, IRC, UBC, CABO as well as those developed by ASCE, ACI, NCMA, AASHTO, AITC, OSHA, USDOE, UFC and AREA. Mr. Moore is active in technical and civic organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the South Carolina Structural Engineers Association, American Institute of Steel Construction, Rotary International and Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Moore is a certified GSWCC Level II design professional.

Mrs. Lynn Charles,
Mrs. Charles has an AS degree in Applied Science with a major in accounting and a certificate in Buisness Management. She has over 10 years of office management and accounting experience. She also has experience as a certified safety coordinator. Mrs Charles is proficient in QuickBooks, Peachtree, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ms. Moorer has a BS degree in Civil Engineering Technology. She has two years of experience in field fabrication with an emphasis on CAD identification, inventory and procedure development. She is responsible for performing civil and structural calculations for various commercial, industrial and government clients. Projects have included structural and cold-formed steel building, cast-in-place concrete footing, reinforced masonry, elevated concrete slab and reinforced concrete bridge abutment analysis and design.
Mr. Allen Edenfield, P.E., Senior Civil Engineer/GIS Specialist
Mr. Edenfield has a BS degree in Civil Engineering and is a multi-state Registered Professional Engineer. His experience spans over 35 years in the management, design, and construction of new, and in the retrofit of existing, industrial, institutional and government facilities. He is knowledgeable of ArcView/GIS utility applications and has designed water and wastewater treatment plants. His responsibilities have included all phases of management, design, and construction of complex environmental, civil, structural and architectural projects. In addition to extensive design experience, Mr. Edenfield is adept in the budgeting, scheduling and monitoring of all phases of project design and construction. His construction inspection background provides him with unique skills to assist owners and contractors with field engineering projects including shutdown and retrofit modifications.
